the location IS a little difficult to locate. parking charge is a shame. the bathroom was already looking dated with a small bath.

The staff offered complimentary parking , a real bonus! I needed an early breakfast because of a charity walk, I had to leave before the normal hours, the hotel provided a good bag to my room beforehand. The team at the Oxbo bar was great, especially Emilia, she created delicious cocktails and offered excellent food recommendations.

the staff was helpful and cute during check-in. parking was available onsite too
i was disappointed that there were no charging extensions near the bed. my phone uses a c cable, so the usb cables didn't work. there also weren't any toothbrush cups provided in the bathroom so i used a glass instead

Wonderful birthday week!

I wanted a girly get together with friends and family to round off my birthday week. The service was excellent and the hotel provided a birthday surprise in my suite. I wanted to say thank you to Jan, Janna, and Morgan for being helpful with my enquiries. I was very happy with everything.
I think plates could be warm at breakfast time. I was served by Kelly, and she was helpful and pleasant. Our room was nice and clean, and we had a comfortable bed. We was pleased that some of the menu in the restaurant had changed.

the room had air conditioning, a welcome feature on a warm day. the bed was really comfortable and provided excellent pillows for a good night's sleep.
I was surprised to find a daily car parking charge. it felt a bit unnecessary given the location. the staff seemed largely eastern european. Some seemed a bit impolite to me.
